Situated just 100m from the main hotel, Bo & Muc is inspired by seasonality and local treasures, and guided by a field-to-fork ethos.

Our very own Torridon Farm provides the finest pork and Highland beef, while our two-acre Victorian kitchen garden yields bountiful vegetables, salads, fruits, and aromatic herbs.

Our love for Scotland's culinary riches doesn't end there. We take great pride in celebrating fellow Scottish producers, including local shellfish, resort game, artisanal cheese makers and verdant Highland farms.

Each ingredient is chosen to craft a mouthwatering menu, weaving a tapestry of authentic Scottish flavours.
