Our 1887 restaurant has a AA three rosette rating, reflecting the consistent excellence of our dishes, ingredients, wine selection and service. Daily changing four or seven course menus offer innovatively-prepared dishes which showcase produce grown on The Torridon Farm and the surrounding area. Head Chef Ross Stovold, champion of local suppliers, says: ‘amazing ingredients lead to amazing plates of food’.
