Following a redesign in February 2020, 1887 exudes contemporary elegance. The menu introduces innovative cuisine prepared with fresh produce from The Torridon Farm, Kitchen Garden and surrounding land and lochs.
Head Chef Paul Green says: ‘We’re all here to provide the guest with the best possible experience and sample a taste of what this great land has to offer. We treat everything from the carrot to the Turbot with the same care. As part of The Torridon’s consistent push to be more sustainable, we work ever more closely with local hunters, fishermen and farmers and we nurture our own produce on the farm and in the kitchen garden.”
