Following a redesign in February 2020, 1887 exudes contemporary elegance. The menu introduces innovative cuisine prepared with fresh produce from The Torridon Farm, Kitchen Garden and surrounding land and lochs. We serve dinner and afternoon tea in 1887.
Head Chef Paul Green says:
“Throughout the summer months, we use a lot of vegetables and fish, creating a lighter menu whilst the winter brings pickling, smoking and curing techniques to the produce to create a richer dining experience.”
