WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a receptionist that can inspire our guests and help them to create memorable experiences, so everyone who visits us feels special.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with all guest enquiries, reservations and requests and follow-up with appropriate telephone/mail/email correspondence.
- Ensure that all guests, team and visitors receive an outstanding welcome and first impression of the company at all times.
- Ensure that all guests, receive an efficient check-in and check-out to and from the resort.
- Ensure appropriate departments are informed to meet the guests’ requests.
- To assist with daily general administration, typing and office work.
- To assit with the management of Hart to ensure that it is always up to date and correct.
- To ensure that rates and tariff sheets are relevant and key personnel are aware of current rates and offers.
- To assist with the planning and organisation of small events and functions as required.
- To assist the 1887 team with guests’ requests, service of tea/coffee/afternoon tea.

ABILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- At least 12 months reception experience.
- UK passport/Pre-Settled Status and/or valid visa
- Ability to use Excel/Word and Computer literate

- Available for the full season
