How do you raise a Ransome for Sweet Cicely? By presenting a big bunch of Golden flowers of Cowslip of course.
We are wild about our Torridon grounds and with spring in full flow, we are gathering wild herbs to compliment the herbs from the kitchen garden. Just a hint of wild garlic, just a touch of wood sorrel and a bunch of wonderful bronze fennel for the sea bass. Fresh herbs adding precious flavours to the chef’s dishes.
