The first daffodils of the year have been cut and Natalia, the Torridon Restaurant supervisor, will be displaying them in all their golden glory for our guests to enjoy. They must be one of everyone’s favourite flowers, real harbingers of springtime.
Daffodils are just the first of many cut flowers to be brought up from the gardens to the hotel and inn from March till November but for now we take a golden opportunity to celebrate another Highland spring.
