Loch Torridon Boat Charter
Discover the dramatic beauty of the Torridon mountains and coastline from the water with a private charter aboard 'Goldie'. Operated by an experienced local skipper with intimate knowledge of Loch Torridon, its wildlife, and its hidden coves, this is an unforgettable way to explore one of Scotland’s most breathtaking landscapes. Guests of The Torridon can be collected from Shieldaig’s floating jetty, just 10 minutes from the resort.
Charters can be fully tailored to your unique interests. Enjoy a leisurely sightseeing trip, set out on a photography excursion, spend a few hours fishing, or dip into the clear waters for a wild‑swimming adventure in a secluded bay. The charter can also be used for beach or restaurant drop‑offs around the loch.
Binoculars are provided to help you spot the diverse wildlife that frequent these waters, including seals, dolphins, whales, and an array of seabirds. Fishing equipment is also available for those keen to try their luck in the loch.
All trips are weather‑dependent, and guests are advised to dress warmly - even on fine days - as conditions can change quickly on the water.
