Friday 31st October - Gusbourne Dinner £150pp

Gusbourne’s first vines were planted in 2004 with a single-minded vision: to craft the world’s finest sparkling wines. This means they’re detail-focused and quality obsessed, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in English wine. They’re also unwavering in what makes us special – crafting vintage-only bottlings from estate-grown, hand-harvested grapes. 

Gusbourne is one of a handful of English wineries that is certified sustainable, an approach to winemaking that is in the heart of what they do and they believe that caring for the land using a sustainable approach is reflected in their award-winning wines.  Join Beth Doran, Gusbourne’s Northern UK Manager, as she hosts a wine dinner that will be paired thoughtfully with Chef Danny Young’s creative tasting menu.

Saturday 8th November - Stargazing Dinner £150pp

The Torridon is amongst the darkest locations on earth making rich views of the Milky Way and thousands of stars possible – join astronomer Stephen Mackenzie for a stargazing presentation where you will learn all about the stars, skies and what to expect on a clear night when you look above and enjoy uninterrupted views possibly even extending as far as the milky way

Saturday 15th November - Taittinger Dinner £150pp

The Taittinger family can trace their famous house back to 1734 and have been crafting the finest Champagnes ever since.  Join us for an unforgettable evening with the inaugural Torridon Taittinger Dinner. 

Indulge in a delightful culinary experience paired with the finest Taittinger Champagne over 6 courses in our private library - Prepare your taste buds for an exquisite menu crafted by Danny Young showcasing the perfect fusion of flavours. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of Taittinger Champagnes, ensuring an evening of earthly delights.

Whether you are a champagne connoisseur or simply seeking an extraordinary dining experience, the Taittinger Dinner promises to be a night to remember.

Friday 21st November  - Rock Rose Gin Dinner - £150pp

We provide a quick overview of gin before you sample some of our lab scale gins distilled in Dunnet. After that the founder of Rock Rose Gin will assist you in selecting pre-distilled botanical spirits to use in the creation of your own gin. You are going to scale up your recipe after making a sample blend. At the end, you package, label, and wax seal your special blended gin so that you may enjoy it at home

Friday 5th December - Highland Outfitters- £150pp

Join Hamish and Nicholas as they take you on a journey through traditional Scottish products. Suppliers of both Taurus Whisky and Torridon Tartan Highland Outfitters is a family business founded by Hamish & Liberty Martin and their son Nicholas. Hamish is a passionate Highlander who wears a kilt every day of his life and is a dedicated, true follower, of the traditions of wearing a kilt and Highland wear correctly. He loves to help people enjoy the satisfaction of wearing a kilt not just for those special days but for every day.
