Simple flavoursome cooking, seasonal and local produce in our Bo & Muc Brasserie
Bo & Muc gets its name from the Gaelic words for pig and cow. Located next to the former stables, Bo & Muc was the old buttery and dairy to the farm on the resort. The floor of the original buttery is now in our Boathouse. The old farm and kitchen garden once supplied all the produce for the main house when it was a shooting lodge.
At Bo & Muc we believe in using seasonal and local produce with our field to fork approach, including our very own pork and Highland beef from the Torridon Farm, and vegetables, salads, fruits and herbs from the two-acre Victorian Kitchen garden. We love celebrating and showcasing other Scottish producers and products, especially local shellfish, resort game, cheesemakers and Highland farms.
Bo & Muc serves simple food cooked with seasonality, flavour and provenance at its heart.
Neighbouring Beinn Bar serves local ales and Scottish gins, including The Torridon’s own gin, Arcturus.
