The Wedding Extras Special

It is wedding week at The Torridon and we are going to highlight some of the local and not-so-local suppliers who combine to make a wedding in the Highlands a memorable experience. For example, if you really want to get to the church on time or just arrive at The Torridon in style, there is nothing quite like touching down by helicopter. H marks the spot and PDG Helicopters will do the honours. If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, J A Johnstone chauffeur drive will whisk you along our quirky single track roads in comfort.

To record every moment of your traditional Scottish wedding, Seymour Photography know exactly when to press the shutter, often when Jim Piper is playing the happy couple out of church (or up to the top of a mountain).

It is not all heather and bracken up here. Amanda Call always creates stunning wedding flowers. As people relax and the party gets going, Andy, our DJ will bring them back to their feet while Clive Grewcock tours the tables performing baffling feats of magic.

Finally, for a spectacular end to the night, 21st Century Fireworks will ensure your wedding celebrations end with a bang.

And not a damp squib.
