Torridon Outdoors has moved to our winter hours but we still have lots on offer for those intrepid travellers who want to make the most of their visit to Torridon.
Although we steer clear of getting into the loch for a swim, we can still take you on some beautiful kayak and canoe trips on Upper Loch Torridon on which you get to see the, often snow-capped, mountains from a truly unique viewpoint. Or we can take you on a crisp afternoon walk around Torridon and surrounding areas, taking in the magnificent views. There is also the option to head out on a cycle and return just in time for sunset.
The best thing about winter in Torridon is its even quieter than normal so you feel like you have the whole place to yourself, and believe or not, we even get some amazing bluebird sunny winter days. If the weather is truly horrible you can hang out in front of the fire with a whisky and feel like you gave it your best shot!
