This Christmas our Chef Bruno has decided that all of the Torridon guests will enjoy a feast fit for kings and queens. Black Isle bronze turkeys will be served beside an array of local produce from our suppliers – from chipolatas to fresh local sea food. Notable amongst these suppliers is Gary Williamson of Williamsons Food Service. During his time away from his business, Gary enjoys nothing better than to fly his motor parachute. He recently took a trip to Torridon area and this picture shows the area in all its wintry beauty.
