Torridon Outdoors

Torridon Outdoors offers a range of activities for beginners through to experienced adventurers. Full and half day activities are available, tailored to request. If you are looking to explore the mountains we can offer a full day guided session. We also offer half and full day low-level guided walks. Our expert mountain leaders know every nook and cranny of the Torridon area, so you can explore to your heart’s content knowing you’re in safe hands to take you to lesser-known spots with the best views.

Torridon Munros

Many come to Torridon hoping to bag a Munro. There are three great mountain ranges to the north of Glen Torridon: Beinn Alligin, Liathach and Beinn Eighe. Each contains two Munros (peaks over 3000 feet) giving six in total to the north of the glen. To the south lie three further Munros, deep within the Coulin forest. All the hills offer fantastic views of the wild and remote West Highlands.

Mountain biking

Head along the coastal path towards Shieldaig visiting Loch Damh or Balgy Falls on the way. Choose from easy-going forest trails or cut through to more technical terrain, taking in the Torridon Loop or Beinn Damh Loop. Mountain Bike hire is also available from the Outdoor Hut.
