Saturday 14th November - Gusbourne Dinner £165pp
Gusbourne’s first vines were planted in 2004 with a single-minded vision: to craft the world’s finest sparkling wines. This means they’re detail-focused and quality obsessed, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in English wine. They’re also unwavering in what makes us special – crafting vintage-only bottlings from estate-grown, hand-harvested grapes.
Gusbourne is one of a handful of English wineries that is certified sustainable, an approach to winemaking that is in the heart of what they do and they believe that caring for the land using a sustainable approach is reflected in their award-winning wines. Join Beth Doran, Gusbourne’s Northern UK Manager, as she hosts a wine dinner that will be paired thoughtfully with Chef Danny Young’s creative tasting menu.
Join us on November 14th for an evening celebrating Gusbourne’s 20th harvest with Laura Rhys, Master Sommelier.
In 2009, Laura won the prestigious “UK Sommelier of the Year” and following in 2010 became one of only 299 Master Sommeliers in the world. She joined Gusbourne in 2015 as their Global Ambassador and is now Head of Wine Communication.
Gusbourne’s vines were planted in 2004 with a single focus: to craft the world’s finest sparkling wines. Since their first harvest in 2006 they have become England’s most awarded winery and have accolades such as winning The Chairman’s Trophy at the World Sparkling Wine Awards 2025 (the only English vineyard to do so) and Walpole’s British Luxury Brand of the Year.
To celebrate the 20th vintage Laura will be showing some exciting sparkling vintages from the Gusbourne cellar along with their outstanding still wines

Saturday 27th February - Massolino Afternoon Masterclass & Dinner £195pp
Franco Massolino represents the fourth generation of one of Serralunga d’Alba’s most historic wine families. Alongside his siblings Roberto and Paola, he continues the legacy of a winery founded in 1896 by his great-grandfather Giovanni Massolino, whose vision established the family’s deep connection with the Langhe.
The estate’s history is closely linked to the evolution of Barolo, with Franco’s grandfather Giuseppe among the founders of the Consorzio di Tutela Barolo e Barbaresco in 1934. The family’s acquisition of the legendary Vigna Rionda vineyard in 1956 marked another defining moment, establishing Massolino as one of the great custodians of Serralunga d’Alba’s unique terroir.
Franco Massolino has successfully balanced change with respect for tradition, setting Massolino apart from many younger producers in Barolo today. The estate’s vineyards, including vines up to 60 years old, are located in the commune of Serralunga d’Alba, the source of some of the greatest, most structured and longest-lived Barolos.
