Great food in the Scottish Highlands at family friendly prices
Whether you’re staying at the Inn or touring the Scottish Highlands, book a table or hop on a bar stool at the Torridon Inn for the best of Scottish pub food. The chefs at the Inn are committed to using the best local ingredients, carefully cooked and well presented.
Try the local fish, sourced from the west coast and cooked in a crispy beer batter. Or the Torridon burger, acclaimed by one Scottish food writer as “the best burger in Scotland”. It’s created, when supplies allow, from our own Highland herd.We have meat-free options and vegetarians are well looked-after, with a daily option or two.
And let’s not forget dessert. After a day spent walking in the local hills or canoeing across the sea loch, what could be finer than to dive into sticky toffee pudding or a rich ice-cream selection?

Is this ‘The best pub in Scotland’?
Highlights among the Inn’s starters usually include Isle of Ewe smoked salmon, local mussels or maybe even a taste of Scottish haggis, neeps and tatties. You can always expect to find a good Scottish steak as a main course, perhaps listed alongside the chef’s warming steak and ale pie or rich local venison.
