New Year, New explorations
Embrace everything the Scottish Highlands has to offer this spring and experience the magic of The Torridon.
Find your Coorie
‘Coorie’ – a Scottish word traditionally meaning ‘to snuggle’ or ‘cuddle’ – has taken on a different meaning over the years, evolving into a wider term for a balanced lifestyle, swapping the stresses of the modern world for something simpler and quieter.
The two-night Find Your Coorie break for two people sharing a room in the hotel is a journey for the senses, indulging in the many culinary experiences the resort has to offer. Wander through the Kitchen Garden pre-dinner and enjoy a drink in the lounge, before taking part in a special Whisky Tasting session with the bar’s connoisseurs. Dinner is served in the elegant 1887 with refined dishes created using local produce from the farm and Kitchen Garden, expertly crafted by the hotel’s culinary team.
An Afternoon Tea served overlooking the still waters of Loch Torridon will also be on offer one day, including dainty sandwiches, mouth-watering sweet treats and warm scones with lashes of clotted cream and homemade jam.
