Our food at the resort is headed up by head chef Paul Green who delivers tasty, honest food using a host of ingredients from the kitchen garden and local suppliers.
Whether working at the 1887 restaurant or Bo&Muc, all of our kitchen team aim to exceed the expectations of our guests in foodservice delivery to a five- star standard, by creating unforgettable memories.
