Room 20 transformed: Luxury from the bottom up
Rohaise and I have always been conscious of the quality of our product and that we must maintain the highest level in order to exceed guests’ expectations. Our lowest common denominator if you like are our classic bedrooms that do not have loch and mountain views. Although we might try, it is impossible to give a view to every bedroom unless we put the hotel on a revolving turntable….a job for the maintenance team!
