What will I get from my apprenticeship?
You’ll gain experience in all of the key areas of the Hotel. You’ll follow a structured program that gives you time around the kitchen, start off as a kitchen assistant, before moving to kitchen preparation, kitchen Cooking and then pastry. After your two year apprenticeship, you’ll be well placed to apply for roles at Commis Chef or Demi CDP level.
