If the supervisors and heads of departments only remember one thing from my 5 star leadership training then I want them to remember that you don’t TRY and be a five star manager you ARE a five-star manager.

I have spent the last 17 weeks working with the 6 supervisors and heads of departments on their management and leadership skills with a focus on developing themselves as a leader, to improve their own performance and the performance of their teams to ensure that each and every day a consistent five-star service is delivered to our guest.
