After featuring in The Daily Mail’s list of “The UK’s Best Boozy Getaways”, we thought we would give you a rundown of our infamous Torridon Bar and all it holds. Have a look at the article and the beautiful picture gallery of our Hotel.

We pride ourselves on having 365 different malt whiskies from all over the world, one for every day of the year, which creates an impressive collection for our Bar. Not only that, one of those 365 whiskies, is our very own Torridon Whisky. Our highland single malt scotch whisky is distilled and bottled in Scotland exclusively, for The Torridon Hotel. This whisky is aged over 10 years, and is blended to perfection.

Being one of the first 50 establishments to be given the ‘Best Whisky Bar in the World’ title by Whisky Magazine as well as winning gold status by the Whisky Magazine Awards back in 2013, our bar is certainly something to experience. You can try some of our collection of whiskies during a ‘nosing’ session held by a member of our experienced staff who will guide you through the different types and flavours.

As well as an impressive collection of whisky, we have something for the gin lovers amongst you – a choice of over 100 gins in our newly extended bar. The gins on our menu are distilled across the world from the likes of Spain, the USA and, of course our very own, Scotland. With so many to choose from, you can try a few and find your favorites.

With all that’s available, we like to think that we are indeed one of “The Best Boozy Getaways”, offering our guests a taste of luxury, relaxation and a fine choice of whisky and gins to indulge in.
