Tom Weir’s Scotland is, for may of us, a sepia-tined fireside memory of great Scottish television of years gone by. The man’s enthusiasm for the Scottish countryside – particularly the Highlands – was infectious and unquenchable.

Torridon was one of Tom Weir’s favourite haunts and in this STV programme, David Hayman follows in his footsteps to consider how the landscape and places have changed.
