This year at The Stables we have a very cosmopolitan team. Here is a little bit about them.

Ross MacLean – Ross is the supervisor this year and has returned for his second season with us. Originally from Hamilton, Ross is the man to see if you need a dram.

Stina Holm – Stina arrived in Torridon in February from Sweden and has really settled into her first waitressing job. You will probably hear her before you see her as she is fond of a song.

April Chaplin – Hailing from Melbourne Australia, April is slowly coming to terms with the Scottish climate. April holds a black belt in Tae-kwon-do, so make sure you pay your bill!

Tommy Fotheringham – Tommy worked at the Inn 3 years ago and has since been in South Africa with his girlfriend Marietjie who he met in while working at the inn. Tommy comes from Perth but we won’t hold that against him.

Andrew Clarke – Andrew is our chef this year and comes from Newcastle upon Tyne. With a background in Italian cuisine, you will be sure to see some tasty pastas on the specials board.

Filip Alobaid – Filip worked in the housekeeping department last year and returned this year to be a kitchen porter. After only 2 weeks it became apparent that Filip has an eye for cooking so he has taken on the role of commis chef.
