We fling open the doors again tomorrow as The Torridon welcomes our first guests since our Hogmanay house party.

Rest assured we haven’t been putting our collective feet up since then.

Everyone has been busy with the spit and polish and a good deal more.

Among the changes guests will find are the beautifully-sanded and polished hallway floor, freshly-polished wood panelling throughout the hotel, a new kitchen at the inn, better sound insulation as well as wi-fi for the inn bedrooms and fresh decoration and new kitchen worktops at the Boat House.
