Here at The Torridon we have just renewed our membership to the National Trust of Scotland and as a result our guests can benefit from free passes to use at all National Trust of Scotland sites (available from Hotel reception). Our nearest site, located just north of Poolewe, is Inverewe Gardens. The 50-acre garden created in 1862 is an oasis of exotic plants, bursting with vibrant colour, thanks to the warm currents of the Gulf Stream that flows along the west Scottish coastline. So for a day of spectacular surroundings or some wildlife spotting why not head to Inverewe Gardens? Open all year round with restaurant and visitor centre facilities from April 1st to October 31st.
