At the Torridon, we ensure our staff are highly trained in all areas in order to deliver a personalised, luxury hotel experience. Recently they underwent training from the Tourism Excellence Consultancy as part of their Reach For The Stars programme. The programme leader commented “The Torridon team were all Rising Stars today and what great ideas they came up with to improve on the star service they already deliver”. In addition to the Rising Stars programme, our rising stars took part in an excellent course on wine (seen here), run by Inverarity Vaults, allowing them to provide more knowledgeable advice on wines in the restaurant. Through this type of training our staff can deliver exclusive luxury with a personal touch to all our guests.
