Here at The Stables we try to use as many local, and in many instances, home-grown products as possible. Our kitchen garden provides us with the majority of the salad that we use, as well as fruit for our crumble which always goes down a treat with anyone dining at the Inn.
We have our very own herd of highland coos and a sty full of Tamworth pigs which will all eventually be on our menu in the form of Coo Burgers and Pork Chops.
Our local butcher, Kenny Morrison in Gairloch supplies us with venison sausages and venison burgers.
We have mussels from Lewis, langoustines from Sheildaig and Venison Haunch from Beinn Eighe all of which is available throughout the week as specials and can be found within a stones throw of the Inn.
