There were happy – and chocolatey – smiles all round at the Highland & Moray Food & Drink Festival this weekend held at the Eden Court in Inverness.

Our own David Barnett, head chef at The Torridon, gave a very popular cookery demonstration in the Chefs Live Theatre with an accomplished display under the fierce theatre lights and lurking presence of a tv camera just a few inches from his nose.
