Just in time for the weekend, assistant manager Ross Aitchison has been topping up The Torridon’s top class gin selection.

Flavoured gin liqueurs have become increasing popular in The Torridon bar and thanks to their lower percentage of alcohol, they can make an ideal summer drink.

We recently added two more gin liqueurs to our collection: rhubarb and ginger, and elderflower. They are both from the Edinburgh Gin Distillery and push our gin menu over the fifty mark.

They are great served on their own, over ice, with a soda mixer or even in a cocktail. We just need the sun to appear now to complete the summer scene.
