The Torridon was well-represented at the Royal Highland Show this year by Chef Bruno Birkbeck and his brigade cooking Highland street food. This comprised Bruno’s famous burgers made with beef from the Torridon’s own herd of Highland cattle as well as some stunning seafood from the sea lochs nearby.
This sight – and probably the wonderful cooking aromas too – lured the BBC’s Landward programme to the Torridon tent, where they set about interviewing and ‘helping’ Bruno as he fed the hungry hordes.
