Although you might not be able to return to your Highland corner just yet, you can rest assured that our team are busy preparing the hotel for when we can open! We are using this time to take a moment, reflect and plan for the year ahead.
We are excited to announce the renovation of three bedrooms and bathrooms across the hotel, lead by designer and Co-owner of The Torridon, Rohaise Rose-Bristow.
“Our new rooms are inspired by courage, exploration and escapism in response to one very awful year” – Rohaise said of the design and inspiration behind the latest renovations.
Our teams are similarly busy making improvements outside with the addition of outdoor seating areas at our Bo & Muc restaurant and at the hotel.
Down at the Kitchen Garden, our gardeners are buzzing with excitement as a selection of raised beds are being installed as well as a second polytunnel which will double the amount of produce we can use in our kitchens! Head chef Paul Green is busy working with the gardeners to shape the kitchen garden’s offering and to use the produce later in the year in his menus.
