FEEL BETTER IN 5 AT THE TORRIDON WITH MINDFULNESS, MOVEMENT AND MINDSET

1.On arrival – don’t ask for the wifi password – switch off your phone for 5 Minutes and enjoy some clear headspace with a cup of tea in the drawing-room.
2.Take 5 Minutes to walk across the bridge and down to the garden, listen to the birds and smell the flowers.
3. At some point wander into the library and sit down for 5 minutes. Select one of the books to read – randomly select one and see what pearls of wisdom it gives you.
4. Meander over to one of the benches, overlooking the island, outside the hotel. looking up at the mountains, or in the garden quiet zone, any bench in the grounds and sit for 5 minutes and switch off, let your thoughts come and go.
5. Before your drop off to sleep in our comfiest of beds for a peaceful nights sleep, write down 5 things you are grateful for today.
