As we head into the winter months, The Torridon goes from being a colourful, summery retreat, to a wonderfully white picturesque heaven.
In most cases, the end of summer means the end of the outdoor fun. However, at The Torridon, we embrace the outdoors and the great white winters we get in The Highlands!
For the outdoor lover, we have our winter activity programme available Thursday-Sunday every weekend. With our skilled and experienced team, you can book in for numerous activities including: archery, rock climbing, canoeing, sea kayaking and guides through the mountains either on foot or on bike! With so much choice, the winter definitely doesn’t stop us!
For a more romantic winter break, you can relax in front of the fire and take in the snowy mountain views even if you don’t want to explore them. Whether you’re in the luxury of the Hotel or the cosiness of the Inn, there is always a log fire burning away to accompany the relaxing atmosphere.
Our ‘hearty pub food’ served at the Inn is a great break from the outdoors and just what you need to heat you up after a day in the mountains to on the loch. Otherwise, treat yourself to our 1887 restaurant for a culinary experience you won’t forget!
