DIRECTIONS TO THE TORRIDON FROM INVERNESS

From Inverness, cross the Kessock bridge and head for Ullapool (A835).

Just beyond the village of Garve, at the A832 turn left, signposted Kyle of Lochalsh. Follow this road all the way to Achnasheen.

Once at Achnasheen, take the road to Kinlochewe 10 miles (do not take the turn off to the Kyle of Lochalsh), You will see the road winding in front of you down through the mountains - at the foot of the glen, you will see Loch Maree.

In Kinlochewe, pass the hotel on the left, and take the next road left (A896) to Torridon. Drive 10 miles to Torridon through Glen Torridon itself.

Do not take the road into Torridon Village the hotel is in fact 1 mile past the turn off after the village of Annat . Continue on the A896 through Annat and The Torridon is on the right.
